The seats DO NOT fold flat in business. Not a good experience, do not recommend. Fly Singapore airlines if possible, Thai airways just doesn’t have it together- plus it’s relatively the same price with way better amenities and experience"

ข้อเสีย: "The plane was a very old B777-300 and the air conditioning did not work so the whole flight was very warm. The cabin in general was very dated and cramped. Having flown the A350 to Bangkok which was newer and much better, did not see why they couldn’t operate the flight back on the same platform"

ข้อดี: "Just like on previous domestic flight experience, I love how Thai Airways is able to promote and provide for customer comfort and service on such short flights - something that US airlines are so incapable of providing. Not only was the plane comfortable and spacious, the fact that they also served a meal on such a short flight is so much appreciated."

And another stewardess takes the request and same thing happens finally when they do come back with the blanket and new request for headphones its with the worse face ever. Jesus"

ข้อดี: "We took off at 11.30 on time but only arrived at 3.45 pm. No idea why it took so long on the positive side: I saw my movie till the end and it was an excellent one"

ข้อเสีย: "They didn't start boarding until very late and additionally the flight was an hour delayed. Understood that this is sometimes out of the airlines control as it may have been the airport's fault but they didn't notify the passengers why. This caused me & my boyfriend to miss a ferry we were scheduled to take in Krabi. We lost almost an entire day of our trip because of this."

ข้อเสีย: "My seat back wouldn't lock in place. Every time I would move or lean, the seat back would shift. My phone and book wouldn't stay in the pocket in front of me. They would fall out of the bottom and onto the floor. I love Thai food, but food on the flight was not good at all; bland and unappetizing. My foot became pinched hard against the food cart during meal service."

The flight was delayed for about 1.5 hours..

Good service at checkin got to sit where I wanted too and not have to pay, very good service

Great budget flight. No frills however very efficient. I would recommend them if this is what you are looking to book.

Plane left on time and it’s a straightforward experience.

Prio check-in just means a extra line to wait not check in before others just lost of money. Had a delay of more then an hour almost missed the check-in window from my hotel

The ticket number Kiwi gave me was not recognized by Vietjet so I was unable to do the check in. When I got to the airport I was told my flight was cancelled. And we almost missed our connecting flights in Bangkok but luckily we just made it on an earlier flight. If we had not arrived early for our flights we would have missed both flights. Kiwi needs to tell your customers when their flights have been cancelled!!!!!!!!

Very bad experience all around

No food or entertainment on this one hour flight. Crew were very nice as always!

Great flight between Bangkok, and Phuket.

Service before boarding, boarding staff made me buy another return ticket as my Evisa was processing, when I landed my visa was already delivered as I new it would be, wasted money because this arrogant self important b wanted to show her authority

ข้อเสีย: "The fees for checked baggage were not clear and they did not state them at all and trying to purchase a checked baggage was impossible to do and frustrating. I had to pay $55 for two bags for an hour flight."

Despite being first in line we had to go to the end of the line because we were in the wrong line. They decided to tell us after the other line formed, not at the time."

ข้อเสีย: "I believe water should be offered for free, but this airline believes otherwise. I was so dehydrated on this flight and I was told it was 60bahts for water, and I ran out of currency, and they did not even take credit cards."

ข้อดี: "We left 20 minutes before the regular departure time - Chiang Rai international airport is very convenience"
