เครื่องพิมพ์แสดงสถานะ Offline(ออฟไลน์) ไม่สามารถพิมพ์งานได้ตามปกติ ควรทำอย่างไร

วิธีการแก้ไขเบื้องต้น

*เครื่องพิมพ์มีสถานะเป็นออฟไลน์อาจเกิดจากหลายสาเหตุ

ปิดการทำงานเครื่องพิมพ์และรีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อให้คอมพิวเตอร์อยู่ในสภาพที่สามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ จากนั้นเปิดการทำงานเครื่องพิมพ์และเชื่อมต่อเครื่องพิมพ์โดยใช้สาย USB ต่อเข้ากับคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อสั่งพิมพ์งานอีกครั้ง

*หากเครื่องพิมพ์ยังคงเป็นสถานะออฟไลน์ ให้ปฏิบัติตามวิธีการแก้ปัญหาทีละขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้

ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ตรวจสอบสถานะไฟต่างๆของเครื่องพิมพ์ ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเปิดการทำงานเครื่องพิมพ์แล้ว และเครื่องพิมพ์อยู่ในสถานะที่พร้อมใช้งาน

ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การล้างคำสั่งพิมพ์ หากเครื่องพิมพ์อยู่ในสถานะ Offline(ออฟไลน์) แต่เครื่องพิมพ์ได้รับคำสั่งพิมพ์งาน เครื่องพิมพ์จะไม่ทำงาน คำสั่งงานพิมพ์เหล่านั้นจะค้างอยู่ที่เครื่องพิมพ์ ดังนั้นต้องลบคำสั่งพิมพ์ที่ค้างในคิวพิมพ์ออกให้หมด

*วิธีการลบคำสั่งงานพิมพ์(ยกตัวอย่าง Brother MFC-J430W)

1. เข้า Control Panel >> Hardware and Sound >> Devices and Printers >> คลิกขวาที่เครื่องพิมพ์ >> See what’s printing >> Brother MFC-J430W Printer

2. คลิก Printer >> Cancel All Documents

ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ตรวจสอบสถานะของเครื่องพิมพ์ เชื่อมต่อสาย USB เข้ากับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ อยู่หรือป่าว และมีการ Set as default printer เครื่องพิมพ์หรือป่าว ถ้าไม่มีให้ คลิกขวาที่เครื่องพิมพ์ >> Set as default printer >> Brother MFC-J430W Printer
