ข้อวินิจฉัยการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยความดันโลหิตสูง กรณีศึกษา

���Ѵ���(English) The objectives of this research were to study the factors affecting thenutrition of the elderly, the nutritional state of the elderly, the life styleof the elderly in looking after their health and to prevent and promote theelderly in taking care of their health. This research used the concept ofsocialization and the biological, psychological, and sociological theories ofaging. This study employed the anthropological fieldwork as the researchmethodology such as participant observation, key-informant interviews,ecological mapping, field censuses and indepth interviews. The findings of this research have demonstrated that five hypotheses wereaccepted as follows : 1. Females have better nutrition than males. 2. Theelderly who live in warm families have better nutrition than the elderly wholive in cold families. 3. The elderly with high income have better nutritionthan the elderly with low income. 4. The healthy elderly have better nutritionthan unhealthy elderly. 5. The elderly who live in a good environment havebetter nutrition than the elderly who live in a bad environment. However, onehypothesis was rejected as a result of this research which was the educatedelderly have better nutrition than the uneducated elderly. In conclusion,factors affecting the elderly 's nutrition are sex, family, income, health andenvironment. The thesis was then concluded with some practical and academicrecommendations.
