สวัสดีค่ะ เมื่อวันที่ 10 ตุลรคาที่ผ่านมา ดิฉันได้กดอัพเดท itune พอกดอัพเดทมันเด้งให้ไปดาวน์โหลดในเว็ป ก็เลยกดดาวน์โหดลไปจากนั้นก็ติดตั้งปกติ โดยที่ไม่ได้ลบโปรแกรมเก่าออก ปรากฎว่าติดตั้งไม่สมบูรณ์[Spoil] คลิกเพื่อดูข้อความที่ซ่อนไว้ เลยตัดสินใจถอนการติดตั้งตัวเดิมก่อน ผลปรากฎว่าสามมารถถอนการติดตั้ง itune ได้ แต่ไม่สามารถถอนการติดตั้ง การอัพเดทซอฟต์แวร์ Apple, การสนับสนุนอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ของ Apple, Bonjour, การสนับสนุนแอพพลิเคชั่นของ Apple เลยติดตั้งโปรแกรมซ้ำอีกรอบ ผลออกมาตามภาพเลยค่ะ

ดิฉันติดตั้งโปรแกรม itune ไม่ได้ แต่สามารถติดตั้งโปรแกรมอื่นได้
