แป้นพิมพ์ Samsung TV ไม่ ขึ้น

แป้นพิมพ์เสมือน ไม่แสดงขึ้นมาบนหน้าจอ แม้จะเลือกกล่องพิมพ์ข้อความแล้วก็ตาม

ถ้าแป้นพิมพ์เสมือนไม่แสดงในหน้าจอทีวี แม้จะทำการเลือกที่กล่องป้อนข้อความแล้ว ให้ทำการแก้ปัญหาชั่วคราวต่อไปนี้ตามลำดับ ตรวจดูว่าปัญหาหายไปหรือไม่หลังการทำในแต่ละขั้นตอนแล้ว

การแก้ปัญหาชั่วคราว 1:

1. ถอดอุปกรณ์ไร้สายทั้งหมดที่เชื่อมต่อกับพอร์ต USB ของทีวีออก ถ้าหากมีตัวรับสัญญาณของเมาส์ไร้สายเชื่อมต่อกับทีวี แป้นพิมพ์เสมือนอาจจะไม่แสดงขึ้นมา เนื่องจากทีวีตรวจพบว่ามีแป้นพิมพ์ USB อยู่แล้ว เพื่อแก้ปัญหานี้ ให้ถอดตัวรับสัญญาณของเมาส์แบบไร้สายนี้ออกจากทีวี

การแก้ปัญหาชั่วคราว 2:

ตรวจดูการตั้งค่าแป้นพิมพ์โดยทำตามขั้นตอนเหล่านี้:

หมายเหตุ: ขั้นตอนเหล่านี้อาจจะใช้ไม่ได้ขึ้นกับ รุ่น เวอร์ชันของ OS หรือ ข้อมูลจำเพาะของ Google

• การยกเลิกการติดตั้งการอัปเดตแป้นพิมพ์ล่าสุดใด ๆ จากทีวี:
  1. เปิดหน้าจอ การตั้งค่า (Settings) ขึ้นมา วิธีการเข้าใช้งาน การตั้งค่า (Settings)
  2. ขั้นตอนต่อไปจะขึ้นอยู่กับเมนูตัวเลือกในทีวีของท่าน:
     • เลือกที่ แอป (Apps) — ดูแอปทั้งหมด (See all apps) — Gboard — ยกเลิกการติดตั้งตัวอัปเดต (Uninstall updates)
     • เลือกที่ แอป (Apps) — Gboard — ยกเลิกการติดตั้งตัวอัปเดต (Uninstall updates)

• ยกเลิกการติดตั้งการอัปเดตแป้นพิมพ์ล่าสุดใด ๆ ที่ติดตั้งไว้จากร้านค้า Google Play
  1. เปิดร้านค้า Google Play ขึ้นมา
  2. เลือกที่ My Apps.
  3. ใน ที่อัปเดตล่าสุด (Recently Updated) เลือกที่ Gboard — Google Keyboard
  4. เลือกที่ ยกเลิกการติดตั้งอัปเดต (UNINSTALL UPDATES)

Text input limitations:
