ทีนี้หากถามว่า ในโปรแกรม PowerPoint เราจะทำ Highlight แบบเหมือนที่เราทำใน Microsoft Wordได้ไหม? ......คำตอบคือ ไม่ได้ โปรแกรม PowerPoint ไม่มีเครื่องมือตัวนี้ให้ใช้เหมือน Word ครับ คือว่าเราต้องเข้าใจก่อนว่าโปรแกรม PowerPoint มีจุดประสงค์ที่ต่างจาก Word ออกไป (อารมณ์ว่าปากกา Highlight ใช้กับเอกสารWord ไม่ได้ใช้กับการนำเสนอPowerPoint) ด้วยเหตุนี้เค้าเลย(น่าจะ)ตัดฟังก์ชั่นนี้ออกไป แต่ถ้าเกิดเราอยากจะใช้มัน ก็พอมีวิธีอยู่บ้างครับ ลองมาดูตัวอย่างด้านล่างได้เลยครับ :) 1. คัดลอกข้อความที่ทำ Highlight ไว้ก่อนหน้าใน Word มาวางใน PowerPoint ให้เราทำHighlightข้อความที่ต้องการในโปรแกรม Word ก่อนล่วงหน้า เสร็จแล้วคัดลอกลงลง PowerPointครับ ในโปรแกรม PowerPoint หากเราต้องการจะคัดลอกรูปแบบของข้อความ (แบบอักษร สี การHighlight) เราสามารถใช้เครื่องมือที่ชื่อ Format Painter ก็ได้ครับ (จะได้คัดลอกรูปแบบ Highlight ที่โปรแกรม Word เพียงครั้งเดียว ครั้งต่อไปที่อยาก Highlight ข้อความอื่นๆ ให้มาใช้เครื่องมือนี้ในโปรแกรม PowerPoint) 2. สร้างกล่องข้อความ แล้วกำหนดพื้นหลังสีที่ต้องการ เป็นวิธีง่ายๆแต่ได้ผลดีเยี่ยม แต่มีข้อจำกัดเล็กน้อยคือ เวลาทำพื้นหลังจะต้องทำให้กับข้อความทั้งหมดในกล่องข้อความ จะเลือกเฉพาะข้อความใดข้อความหนึ่งไม่ได้ 3. สร้างกล่องข้อความ ปรับสีให้โปร่งใสเล็กน้อย แล้วเอาไว้หลังข้อความที่เราต้องการเน้น ให้เราสร้างสี่เหลี่ยมขึ้นมา 1 อัน แล้วปรับสีที่เราต้องการ เช่น สีเหลือง แล้วปรับค่าความโปร่งใส (Transparentcy) ประมาณ 50% แล้วเอาไว้ด้านหลังข้อความนั้นครับ (คลิกขวาที่สี่เหลี่ยม เลือก Send to Back) หวังว่าจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อคนที่ต้องการจะเน้นข้อความใน PowerPoint นะครับ ไว้เจอกันบทความหน้าครับ :) Coco T. ที่20:27 ใช้ร่วมกัน The ability to highlight text in your presentation is not available PowerPoint 2007.
