อยากรู้ว่า ตั๋วเครื่องบิน กรุงเทพ - ขอนแก่น ราคาเท่าไหร่ ( ถูกๆ )

คืองี้ฮะ พอดีเราต้องไปทำธุระที่ขอนแก่น แต่ว่า.. ตั้งแต่เกิดมายังไม่เคยขึ้นเครื่องบินเลยจ้าาา !!!

   ลองถามคุณกูเกิ้ลแล้วแต่ไม่เคลียร์ เลยจะมาขอความช่วยเหลือจากพี่น้องชาวพันทิปหน่อยฮะะะ !

   1. เราอยากรู้ว่าตั๋วจาก กรุงเทพ ( สุวรรณภูมิ ) - ขอนแก่น ราคาเท่าไหร่ แบบราคาถูกๆ นะฮะ !

    2. เราต้องโทรไปจองก่อนไหมฮะ หรือว่าไปซื้อที่สนามบินได้เลย ?

    3. ต้องเตรียมเอกสารอะไรบ้างรึป่าวฮะ อย่างเช่นบัตรประชาชนนี่ต้องใช้ไหม  ?

    4. มีอะไรจะแนะนำไหมฮะ สำหรับคนไม่เคยขึ้นเครื่องบิน ต้องทำยังไง หรือเตรียมตัวอะไร บลาๆ

    ปล. เป็นกระทู้แรกที่ตั้ง ผิดพลาดประการใดขออภัยนะฮะะ !!! ( สายการบินไหนก็ได้ฮะ )

ข้อดี: "This is a budget airline and they get you to where you going at good price"

ข้อเสีย: "They pack you in all together even though there are open seats available and leave you there as if you've done something wrong"

ข้อดี: "Nothing"

ข้อเสีย: "Everything"

ข้อเสีย: "fraud on the baggge fee. Had already tried to pay on web sire, but tmdid not work. Then they charge more than twice the price at airport."

ข้อดี: "Crew"

ข้อเสีย: "No explaining delay before take off and after arrive"

ข้อดี: "I am grateful for small mercies. ... it was on time!"

ข้อเสีย: "Not being fleeced / ripped off cheated out of money as I check in. The website purposely does not allow payment of bags just so they can get more at airport. ... Staff admitted it was regular complaints and they did not care... Not my sort of pleasurable flight.."

ข้อดี: "The ground staff service was really poor, the air-cond on-board was warm instead of cold, when arrived Singapore, the body sweaty."

ข้อเสีย: "The pre-book luggage service and check-in ground staff service in Bangkok airport. It's really disappointed."

ข้อดี: "Professional and very accommodating crew"

ข้อเสีย: "They had mosquitos entire flight, they could have sprayed bug spray or do something about it"

ข้อดี: "Just expect , what is expected from a low cost carrier."

ข้อดี: "I had very low expectations after reading some reviews for this airline. But I was pleasantly surprised. Staff in Bangkok was nice, paid for bags, everything went smoothly, and the plane was not dumpy at all."

ข้อเสีย: "nothing, it was a short simple flight."

ข้อเสีย: "The plane was COLD and no blankets to be found."

ข้อเสีย: "Thai Lion delays all the times and they never try to compensate it with a bit of refreshments or anything. They took the passengers for granted"

ข้อเสีย: "Thai Lion will rip you off on checked in luggage if you pay during checking in for your flight. I paid almost $300USD for one suitcase that weighed 15 kilos. When asked, they said I should have paid in advance. I expected to pay for checked in luggage, but $300 bucks is Ridiculous!!"

ข้อเสีย: "There was a large group that seemed like a class trio with over 20 children who were loud and rude the entire flight. Parents and flight attendants did not tell them to calm down or act more polite."

ข้อดี: "Price was great."

ข้อเสีย: "Charges 300 Baht per kilogram after 7 kg. We ended up switching out all goods that had to be checked and just carried our backpacks on. Was a big hassle."

ข้อดี: "The plane didn’t crash and we made it to our destination"

ข้อเสีย: "We were squished in like sardines. My neck and back still hurt. They are sticklers about bags. No more than 7 kg (roughly 15lbs). Over all experience not so good."

ข้อดี: "Basic no frills airline. Good baggage allowance"

ข้อเสีย: "There baggage weights are ridiculous! 40 lbs for economy plus 30 lbs for economy..? Give me a break! Cost me the same amount for my baggage penalty for 5 lbs overweight as my tickets for two! Especially when they tell me to add the extra weight to my carry on... so what's the big deal? Same total baggage weight! I'll never fly with them again!"

ข้อเสีย: "Flight was delayed 20 minutes. Baggage claim delayed another 30 minutes. Made me miss my connecting flight. Then also made me pay. No accommodation on their part. Terrible business."

ข้อเสีย: "Check-in was a disaster, boarding took for ever, getting the luggage took longer than the flight. English is unknown by ground staff. And the plane times had changed."

ข้อเสีย: "No immigration documents were passed out on the flight from Singapore to BKK causing a bottleneck on arrival. Only one Thai Lion rep. processing entries and passing out docs. Very slow, jepordizing an onward connecting flight."

ข้อดี: "It was awesome, everything was great...."

ข้อเสีย: "I was in line for the flight and they closed the gate without notifying me"

ข้อดี: "The flight was cheap."

ข้อเสีย: "The seats were uncomfortable and the food was unpleasant. Also, there was an hour delay but they never announced a delay, it just happened and not one really mentioned why until right before we were actually about to take off."

ข้อดี: "Exit row seats .."

ข้อเสีย: "No food, drink or water ... no snacks either ... peanuts cost a few baht, 9 baht per bag at 7/11"

ข้อเสีย: "There was the least amount of legroom I've ever seen on any other airline, my legs were digging into the seat in front of my when I was sitting perfectly upright. They also didn't serve even water."

ข้อเสีย: "Extremely little leg room. Also they have sneaky charges for luggage weight. Anything over 15kg and they charge you for every extra kilogram. If you want to check in a second luggage you have to check in 4 hours ahead and you still have to pay a lot of money, and it is based on the weight of your luggage . If you don't check in 4 hours in advance and you have an extra suitcase, they charge you by the kilogram and it is ridiculously expensive. More than he cost of the entire flight! And if your flight has multiple legs, you have to pay for the extra luggage every single leg."

ข้อเสีย: "Longest check in ever, even on a Monday afternoon.. you'd better be there long ago.. problem with check in : 1- not enough queues provided, 2- check in personnel is not very efficient, 3- no queuing lines, it's messy lines, 4- operation responsible is just an observer with no operational impact"

ข้อดี: "Just a normal service. You got what you pay. But Thai loin air better than others low airlines is free load baggage 15kg and free assigned seat"

ข้อเสีย: "Took far too long to get off plane and what seemed like an eternity for bags to appear"

ข้อดี: "Crew was friendly and helpful"

ข้อเสีย: "The overall floght was ok with the crew pretty helpful. However coming in to land the plane swayed sideaays seemingly to be off course but probably due to wind shear. Touching down was one of the hardest I ever experienced with all passengers in shock on the force it kanded"

ข้อดี: "Boarding process and crew are okay."

ข้อเสีย: "Sat at exit row, great legroom but no reclining. Seat itself was not comfy."

ข้อดี: "The price was right and the aircraft are new B737s."

ข้อเสีย: "The snack provided was a pack of 3 oreos and some water. They had other snacks and meals available for sale."

ข้อเสีย: "We didn't start boarding until the takeoff time."

ข้อดี: "This is want low cost should be. Do the basics right, brand new plane, on time and impeccable crew. That's all I wanted."

ข้อเสีย: "Seat pitch a bit thight but it was expected. If you're tall I'd suggest the extra charge for emergency exit."

ข้อเสีย: "Excellent flight. No complaints, good boarding, friendly crew"

ข้อเสีย: "Know that everything is charged in flight and the bag at check in , been traveling the same bag all over the world and I had to check in my backpack and extra high cost"

ข้อเสีย: "Everything else. It is a budget airlines. Don Muang airport is awful compared to BKK. Lines are so long for everything. Even getting food has long lines in hot conditions. It really is necessary to get to the airport a long time in advance. For frequent travelers this is not good."

ข้อดี: "I don't remember ordering food, but I got some and it was okay. Knowing AirAsia, I'd better check my card statement."

ข้อเสีย: "Why give out three or four zones for boarding but only use zone 1, then anything goes afterwards?"

ข้อเสีย: "It just does not make any sense to me that I would need to leave the airport, collect my piece of luggage, to then go back on the boarding pass/baggage kiosk, to then get on a larger line to drop off my luggage to then go to another desk where I needed to take a number to pay for my suitcase. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never experienced anything like this before."

ข้อเสีย: "We were running late for the flight due to long lines at immigration which was not Air Asia’s fault, but when we finally made it to the check-in counters we were misdirected several times and given conflicting information. On top of that after we finally checked in we had to go another counter to pay the baggage fee and we’re misdirected there too. After wasting 25 minutes we made the flight, but only because it was 30 minutes late."

ข้อเสีย: "I always use Kayak to book an international flight Chiang Mai to Denpasar, with my luggage checked through. But this time I went to International in Chiang Mai to check in and found that you had bungled the booking. You booked me Chaing Mai to Bangkok on a DOMESTIC flight, and expected me to get onto the next leg, International,Bangkok to Denpasar, in 2 hours. You left me only 2 hours to disembark in Bangkok, get luggage at the Domestic carousel, go through customs, take luggage to the Check In counter in the International, get boarding pass, go through customs and security. Then race to the boarding gate for my INTERNATIONAL flight to Denpasar. What a trauma. The International Air Asia check in was mobbed!! I only made it in time because staff at the check in found me by chance and put me to the front of the line. I won't use Kayak again, after using you for 15 years. You have a nerve selling such a ticket."

ข้อดี: "The service and overall flight experience with Thai AirAsia was superb."

ข้อเสีย: "There was absolutely nothing that I disliked about the flight - really great overall!"

ข้อเสีย: "They wouldn't let us on the flight, even though we applied for a Vietnam passport. They were rude and I. Addition to ruining my vacation, they didn't accredit me my money for another flight."

ข้อเสีย: "Started with booking, a package includes seats but the seats included we're all full,of i.e. need to pay more again.but100 Dollar for credit card booking? They are crazy! Check-infamily with just computers is terrible, didn't worked properly. Included food in package but can't choose, both legs the same food. Baggage damaged. Long walk in DMK to transfer, inefficient. Overall just a shitty experience!"

ข้อเสีย: "Sears were so uncomfortable. Did not recline. Sucked for a 4 1/2 hour flight. Could not rest comfortably."

ข้อดี: "Nice equipment and price. On time."

ข้อเสีย: "Being a discount airline you preorder and pay for any meals or drinks you want. It as only a 40 minute flight so it didn't matter to me. Just know it ahead of time."

ข้อเสีย: "Bought fully flexible ticket with express boarding but we were all loaded onto the same boarding bus so there was no express boarding. Everyone gets off the bus at the same time."

ข้อดี: "We weren't able to pre-book baggage on a third party site, and the direct AirAsia site was crashing the day we had to book. The baggage cost more than the flight. Never again."

ข้อดี: "The flight itself was very reasonably priced."

ข้อเสีย: "They charged us for a checked bag and it is on a sliding weight scale. If you check your bag be prepared to pay more if it is over 15kilograms. Also, there is no complimentary beverage service. Snacks and drinks are available for a fee. The seats are pretty small. If you have longer legs expect them to hit the tray table even when it's in its full upright position."

ข้อเสีย: "Even for a reduced fare, I've never been on any other airline that even makes you pay for water. I've flown many other reduced fare lines that still offer you a beverage and a small snack, even if only peanuts or pretzels. That this flight offers no beverage or food without payment is disappointing."

ข้อเสีย: "Flight id designed for people who travel super light. Tourist who do not read reviews are taken by surprise at the last moment (at the registration desk) and have no choice but to buy the second ticket for their luggage. The web site does not fully disclose luggage policy. No leg room"

ข้อเสีย: "There were many additional charges for luggages. The most annoying thing for me is their seat assignments. For couples who bought tickets together, seats were assigned at different locations even though the flights were not full. This happened on all four flight segments for us. And it was not just to us. It happened to many other people on our flights. When I asked at the check-in counter at Singapore airport to change the seat assignments, the agent lied to me that there are no other seats available. In reality, there were many empty seats on all our flight segments."

ข้อเสีย: "No snacks - not even cookies or nuts. No TV. Seats did not recline. But they did go out of their way to try to sell Air Asia souveniers"

ข้อดี: "Overall all went very well with no shortcomings. It was ahead of schedule."

ข้อเสีย: "Well the only thing to make crew/ overall experience EXCELLENT would be more really pro-active, caring sevice mentality ... but really it verged on EXCELLENT anyway, just because I have no criticisms. Well done!"

ข้อเสีย: "Caution if you wait to pay for luggage at the terminal, you willget robbed. A 22kg extra bag cost $280 USD . More than the cost of 3 passengers to fly from Bangkok to Pucket"

ข้อเสีย: "I understand cutting back on certain physical luxuries (i.e. space, water, snacks), but when you cut back on customer service is when I sever ties."

ข้อดี: "You get what you pay for"

ข้อเสีย: "Absolutely no leg room. I'm 5'9 so I know I'm tall, but I manage on normal flights perfectly fine. The seats lean forward so in the upright position you feel as if you are falling forward. Terrible comfort but it was only an hour flight so I survived. Anything longer than the hour from Phuket to Phi Phi, I would never fly this airline. Like I said, you get what you pay for."
