เกี่ยวกับระบบ
ระบบข้อมูลเงินเดือน ออนไลน์ ( E-Slip ) เป็นระบบที่เข้ามาช่วยจัดการในการแจ้งข้อมูลเงินเดือนพนักงาน จากเดิมเป็นสลิปเงินเดือนที่เป็นกระดาษมาเป็นระบบออนไลน์ซึ่งทำให้การแจ้งข้อมูลเงินเดือนเป็นไปด้วยความรวดเร็ว และทันสมัยขึ้น
ข้อเสียการแจ้งข้อมูลเงินเดือนที่เป็นสลิปเงินเดือน
- มีความล่าช้าในการแจ้งเนื่องจากต้องพิมพ์ จากนั้นส่งไปยังหน่วยงานต่าง เซ็นต์รับเอกสารโดยหัวหน้างาน ถ้าหัวหน้างานไม่มาทำงานหรือติดธุระ ณ วันที่ส่งเอกสาร พนักงานในหน่วยงานก็รับสลิปเงินเดือนล่าช้าออกไป
- ค่าใช้จ่ายในการซื้อสลิปเงินเดือนและการเก็บ Stock, ค่าหมึกเครื่องพิมพ์, ค่าบำรุงรักษาเครื่องพิมพ์ อื่นๆ
- เสียเวลาในการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ HR

- มีความรวดเร็วในการแจ้งเงินเดือนเนื่องจากเป็นการส่งข้อมูลผ่านระบบ SMS
- ลดเวลาการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ HR เนื่องจากใช้เวลาเพียงไม่กี่นาที
- ลดค่าใช้เนื่องจากไม่ต้องใช้สลิปเงินเดือน เหลือเพียงค่าส่ง SMS ซึ่งหากคิดต่อคนโดยประมาณเพียง 0.50 สตางค์/เดือน
- รองรับการดูข้อมูลเงินเดือนผ่านทางระบบ application Smart Phone ทั้ง Andriod/IOS
