To take the role, you must be an experienced VM who can ensure the brands identity and highest standard of in-store presentation are achieved consistently and creatively. You must be able to create strategies for visual presentation and customer experience and implement the execution of the brand’s visual direction. You will be responsible for everything from maximizing commercial visual impact within the store to provide customers with an attractive and inviting shopping experience to coaching in-store sales staff and helping to develop their understanding of merchandise presentation. You are required to conduct frequent store visit to ensure appropriate visual solutions are implemented and co-ordinate the cascade of brand VM guidelines in store and ensure brand integrity is maintained at all times. In this role, you must be highly commercial and able to follow and execute corporate visual standards whilst having an excellent knowledge of the latest visual trends.
